Keith the dead squirrel doesn't like this poem at all.

Keith the squirrel says,
 "So let us melt, and make no noise."
Like I haven't heard that before, Keith

Today is the day I notice how much melted snow is in the blue watering can.

And I put it away.

I put the tools we use for breaking ice dams close to hand.

Today is the day I almost put my eye out twice on the same bitch of a rose.

I was looking up to see the comet.

I was looking down for whatever I lost down here, on earth.
