My son made this flash animation for me during his last month of high school. I couldn't figure out how to download it and make it work without actually, you know, taking the time needed to do that...so I just filmed it playing on my screen.
Summary: Eighteen-year-old Polly and impulsive, seventeen-year-old Odd survive an deadly outbreak of flesh-eating bacteria, but resulting wounds have destroyed their plans for the future and with little but their unlikely friendship and a shared affection for trout fishing, they set out on a road trip through the West.
In this scene they visit the Berkeley Pit in Butte.
The music is DeadMau5 HR8938 Cephi--kind of got picked up on accident, but works brilliant.
